100% CATAWBA grapes were hand picked, foot tread, and macerated on skins for eight days undergoing a spontaneous fermentation. The ferment was then pressed off and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 7 months prior to bottling. This wine is “zero-zero” in that it is unfined, unfiltered and has no added sulfites. Serve chilled.
